Phone System Features
Krone strips in a building - old school way of wiring phones before IP came along..

I thought it might be useful to list my top 100 phone system features to look out for when selecting a new unified communications (UC) platform for your business.

New emerging technologies like AI, IoT, VR are now coming into the world of UC, however this list is hopefully an available list of features we’ve come to expect from most modern PBX platforms.

NOTE: Features are in no particular order, however categorised for simplicity. This list has been created based on locally installed / ‘on-premises’ PBX equipment. For my Cloud PBX features list click here.

If you’d like to add a feature or need something explaining comment below.
